SUMMARY:Rainbow Registered Presents: GENDERCRAFT
DESCRIPTION:A Deeper Dive on Gender Identity & Gender Expression\n\n\n\n\n\nGender Identity Fundamentals \n\n\n\nThis module is primarily concerned with deepening understanding of the term “gender identity”. It discusses five major components of gender identity: sense of self\, community identity\, societal influences\, biology\, and time. \n\n\n\nThe module proceeds to discuss intersectionality and the ways gender interacts with other aspects of identity. There is a brief discussion of pronouns\, and the distinction between pronouns and identity. The module continues with a detailed examination of cisgender privilege\, to ground the theoretical discussion and prepare participants to explore the scenarios in Module II.  \n\n\n\nGender Identity Fundamentals concludes by addressing current political context for trans people internationally and nationally\, and possible actions. \n\n\n\n\n\nEliot Newton (they|them)GENDERBANDIT\n\n\n\nSession Schedule:1:00-1:10 – Intro & Housekeeping1:10-1:25 – Gender Identity in Depth1:25-1:35 – Pronouns1:35-2:05 – Cisgender Privilege2:05-2:15 – Next Steps & Wrap-up2:15-2:30 – Q&A \n\n\n\nSeries schedule:February 23\, 2026 – 1-2:30pm – Gender Identity FundamentalsMarch 2\, 2026 – 1-2:30pm – Gender Identity ApplicationsMarch 9\, 2026 – 1-2:30pm – Gender Expression FundamentalsMarch 16\, 2026 – 1-2:30pm – Gender Expression Applications \n\n\n\nNote: facilitator is bilingual though facilitation will be primarily in EN

DESCRIPTION:A Deeper Dive on Gender Identity & Gender Expression\n\n\n\n\n\nGender Identity Applications \n\n\n\nThis module begins with a review of best practices related to supporting people with diverse gender identities in three areas: personal support\, institutional practices\, and environmental experiences. \n\n\n\nFollowing this review\, there is a brief discussion of current political realities facing people with diverse gender identities\, discussing international context and reviewing current Canadian issues. \n\n\n\nThe bulk of the module will be a discussion of four scenarios. SUMMARY:Making Inclusion S.T.I.C.K.
DESCRIPTION:A 6 Week NeuroNarrative Learning Cohort for Sustainable Workplace Change\n\n\n\nwith Terrence Taylor \n\n\n\n\n\nMaking Inclusion S.T.I.C.K is a NeuroNarrative-based learning cohort designed to help individuals and teams move beyond one-time diversity and inclusion training and into consistent\, real-world application. Most inclusion training creates awareness — but struggles to create lasting change. This cohort focuses on what happens after the session ends \n\n\n\nThrough a structured learning journey built on three core elements — Map\, Legend and Compass — participants will: \n\n\n\n\nMap: Identify real-world moments where inclusion and exclusion show up in their work\n\n\n\nLegend: Understand practical frameworks and patterns for responding effectively\n\n\n\nCompass: Apply what they’ve learned through guided reflection\, weekly prompts\, and real-life integration\n\n\n\n\nParticipants begin with a live session\, followed by a series of self-guided activities and reflections over several weeks and conclude with a final session focused on integration and forward action. \n\n\n\nThis approach ensures that inclusion is not treated as a moment\, but as an ongoing practice — one that is reinforced\, revisited and sustained over time. \n\n\n\n\n\nTerrence Taylor (he|him)www.terrencetalkstoomuch.com\n\n\n\nSeries schedule: \n\n\n\n\nSession 1 – May 20th 2pm – 3:30pm ET\n\nWeek 1 Activity – May 25\n\n\n\nWeek 2 Activity – June 1\n\n\n\nWeek 3 Activity – June 8\n\n\n\nWeek 4 Activity – June 15\n\n\n\nWeek 5 Activity – June 22\n\n\n\n\n\nFinal Session – June 24th 2pm – 3:30pm ET
