Step 1: Review the Program Requirements

Step 2: Begin your Application

u003cpu003eStart the process below in the ‘u003cemu003eApply Nowu003c/emu003e‘ section by selecting your business/organization size. All information supplied is kept confidential, and applicants will receive a notification confirming receipt of their application form and payment.u003cbru003eu003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eNoteu003c/strongu003e:u003cbru003eAll application fees are non-refundable.u003cbru003eThe fee is based on a single property/business assessment.u003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eAccreditation is valid for up to three (3) yearsu003c/strongu003e with an annual fee automatically charged to the credit card on file. A reaccreditation assessment must be then completed every three years to maintain your status in the program.u003cbru003eIf you have a coupon or Promotional code, you can enter it in the “Have a coupon?” section of the application, just above the Credit Card Information section.u003c/pu003e
Step 3: Assessment Stage

u003cpu003eOnce your sign up has been completed, you will receive an invitation to the application platform to submit your evidence. Once complete, an assessor will be assigned to your file and will connect with you.u003cbru003eYouru003cstrongu003e assessment must be completed within one (1) year of your application submissionu003c/strongu003e. If this timeframe is exceeded, your application will be deemed abandoned, and you will need to submit a new application and payment for a new assessment.u003c/pu003e
Step 4: Finalized Report and Next Steps

u003cpu003eCQCC will inform applicants of the decision and outline the next steps. Successful applicants who meet the requirements of the Rainbow Registered accreditation program will receive an email with their finalized assessment report for review and safekeeping.u003cbru003eApplicants who do not meet the accreditation standards will receive a report with feedback on any gaps, along with recommendations for improvement. They will have up to one year to address these gaps and undergo reassessment if they choose to.u003c/pu003e
