Calamus Estate Winery neighbours to Ball’s Falls Conservation area near the scenic town of Jordan, Ontario. Charming and historic 1800's era heritage barn with 3 levels of decks overlooking our vineyards, tasting room, retail store, loft event room & a newly renovated barn to hold events up to 150ppl. Many Niagara wineries shoot for the stars, but Calamus takes direct aim from their deck-top 360-degree observatory!
Our approach to wine quality has been to aim high and settle higher. Local is our being. To-date Calamus VQA wines (100% Canadian grown and produced) have won well over 100 medals in Canada and International competitions. Our wines are fun to drink, wallet friendly and rival the best in the world. Enjoy lunch on one of our decks or in the barn overlooking our waterfall, gardens & vineyards. Our stargazing events are famous with telescopes, live music and local inspired menus, served with fresh herbs right from our gardens on site.
The 42-acre winery with 18-mile creek flowing through with 3 bridges, is a scenic spot for hikes, photos, picnics and outdoor rustic functions. Come experience Calamus!
