Founded in 2015 by vegan chef Margaret Coons, Nuts For Cheese is widely recognized as Canada's market leader in plant-based dairy. An award-winning company, Nuts For Cheese produces six varieties of organic, Fairtrade cashew cheeses and Nuts For Butter, a 1:1 replacement for dairy butter in Salted Original and Herb & Garlic flavours. Nuts For Cheese is retailed nationwide at Canada's biggest banners including Loblaws, Sobeys, Whole Foods, Metro and Farm Boy and is actively expanding in the US. Nuts For Cheese is based in London, Ontario, operating from a 20,000 square foot facility with 25 full-time employees.
