Waring House Restaurant & Inn

Waring House is a country inn in Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario. It is an historic property centred upon a 19th century limestone home, parts of which date from the 1820's. The Inn offers 49 guest rooms in several buildings in a lovely rural setting central to all the attractions of the region. There are two restaurants- the more casual Barley Room Pub and Amelia's Garden for refined country cuisine.
Waring House has a spacious banquet/conference centre for weddings, events and meetings, and a hands-on recreational cookery school. The inn holds special events all year round with wine tasting gourmet dinners, monthly single malt tasting dinners, celebrations of many seasonal events such as Thanksgiving. Live music is performed in the pub 5 nights a week and in the dining room at least once a week. The business is open year 'round in one of Ontario's most beautiful and popular tourism destinations which is also one of Ontario's viticulture regions and home to Sandbanks Provincial Park.
