Making Inclusion S.T.I.C.K.
A 6 Week NeuroNarrative Learning Cohort for Sustainable Workplace Change
with Terrence Taylor
June 24 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Making Inclusion S.T.I.C.K is a NeuroNarrative-based learning cohort designed to help individuals and teams move beyond one-time diversity and inclusion training and into consistent, real-world application.
Most inclusion training creates awareness — but struggles to create lasting change. This cohort focuses on what happens after the session ends
Through a structured learning journey built on three core elements — Map, Legend and Compass — participants will:
- Map: Identify real-world moments where inclusion and exclusion show up in their work
- Legend: Understand practical frameworks and patterns for responding effectively
- Compass: Apply what they’ve learned through guided reflection, weekly prompts, and real-life integration
Participants begin with a live session, followed by a series of self-guided activities and reflections over several weeks and conclude with a final session focused on integration and forward action.
This approach ensures that inclusion is not treated as a moment, but as an ongoing practice — one that is reinforced, revisited and sustained over time.
