Base31

Base31 is a cultural destination and platform for creative collaboration, set on a historic former WWII air training base in Picton, Ontario. Across the site, visitors can experience live music, exhibitions, public art, food and drink, and seasonal programming in a uniquely reimagined setting.

At the heart of Base31 is B31 District, where much of the site’s cultural programming and public experiences take place. Base Living reflects the longer-term vision for residential neighbourhoods across the site.

Base31 is a place for makers, creators, artisans, and entrepreneurs, shaped through ongoing collaboration with local partners, artists, and businesses. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can gather, express themselves, and feel a sense of belonging.
