Now’s the time to become Rainbow Registered

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Step-by-Step Program Application Guide.
Submitting an application to become Rainbow Registered does not automatically grant accreditation. Once the assessment is finalized, you will be notified of the decision.
Corporations and large businesses with multiple locations are asked to email connor.mckiggan@cglcc.ca before applying to discuss their business structure and determine the most suitable approach.

Start the process below in the ‘Apply Now‘ section by selecting your business/organization size. All information supplied is kept confidential, and applicants will receive a notification confirming receipt of their application form and payment.

Note:
All application fees are non-refundable.
The fee is based on a single property/business assessment.
Accreditation is valid for up to three (3) years with an annual fee automatically charged to the credit card on file. A reaccreditation assessment must be then completed every three years to maintain your status in the program.
If you have a coupon or Promotional code, you can enter it in the “Have a coupon?”  section of the application, just above the Credit Card Information section.

Once your sign up has been completed, you will receive an invitation to the application platform to submit your evidence. Once complete, an assessor will be assigned to your file and will connect with you.
Your assessment must be completed within one (1) year of your application submission. If this timeframe is exceeded, your application will be deemed abandoned, and you will need to submit a new application and payment for a new assessment.

CQCC will inform applicants of the decision and outline the next steps. Successful applicants who meet the requirements of the Rainbow Registered accreditation program will receive an email with their finalized assessment report for review and safekeeping.
Applicants who do not meet the accreditation standards will receive a report with feedback on any gaps, along with recommendations for improvement. They will have up to one year to address these gaps and undergo reassessment if they choose to.
